Premise Flu Clinic Schedule
High-dose flu vaccines are available for team members age 65 and older through our onsite clinic events operated by Premise Health. If you need a flu vaccine or a high-dose flu vaccine and plan to attend one of our onsite flu clinics not operated by Premise Health, please register at Total Wellness Events 2025 at least two (2) weeks in advance and indicate your preference when signing-up. Limited walk-in spots will be offered based on availability.

LOW COPAYS
Team members enrolled in an American Airlines medical option have a $20 copay. All other team members pay $40. Occupational health services and preventive care services, like flu shots, are free, regardless of medical coverage.
