With StayWell Rx you can save big on eligible high blood pressure, diabetes and asthma medications, as well as supplies. Participants receive their 90-day supplies of generic medications for free and brand name medications for only $30!
Team members, spouses and dependents age 18 and older, covered by American’s Core, Standard, Plus, High Cost Coverage, DFW ConnectedCare, PPO 80 or PPO 90 medical options and domestic partners covered under the Core medical option.
Dependents under age 18 automatically receive the StayWell Rx discount on eligible medications and supplies and are not required to enroll.
Eligible team members and their covered dependents enrolled in the Core, Standard, Plus, High Cost Coverage, PPO 80 or PPO 90 medical options can contact their health benefits administrator to speak with a care advisor.

Fill your eligible high blood pressure, diabetes or asthma prescription medications through CVS Caremark mail order or at a CVS or Safeway-owned retail pharmacy.
To continue participating in the program, you must re-enroll annually by speaking with a care advisor.
After enrolling, please allow time for CVS Caremark to process your enrollment. Processing can take up to 7 to 10 days but is often completed sooner.
