It’s easy to view your benefits and change your coverage. Just remember, changes can only be made during annual enrollment or within 60 days of a qualifying life event.


You may also need to update other information due to a life event, like your name or 401(k) beneficiaries. Visit the Life Events page on Jetnet to find step by step instructions to keep all your information up to date.

To view your current coverage, simply visit the Benefits Service Center. There you can review all of your plan details and manage your spending accounts.

You can only make changes to your coverage:

Keep in mind, if you experience a qualifying life event during or after the annual enrollment period you will still need to process your changes within 31 days.  You will be making your elections for the current year, and the following year.

Qualifying Life Events may include:


  • Birth, adoption, legal guardianship/special dependent
  • Marriage
  • Domestic partnership
  • Divorce/legal separation
    • (legal separation is not applicable to LUS PPO 80/90/100 Options)
  • Dependent gains or loses coverage
  • Other life changes (see Benefits Service Center)


  • Changing workgroups
  • Taking a leave of absence
  • Returning to work
