Awareness is the first step in maintaining and monitoring your health. A biometric screening helps you understand your health from the inside out and keeps you informed of your risks and strengths.

How to Complete a Screening

You have three ways to complete a biometric screening.

Team members in locations with an Onsite Clinic can complete their screening at the clinic.

For larger locations without an onsite clinic, you can schedule your screening at an onsite event. Visit Journey to Well-Being and click “Be Up to Date with Preventive Screenings” to find upcoming onsite events.

Visit a Quest Diagnostics Location

You can complete your screening at no cost at a local Quest Diagnostics location.

You must first schedule an appointment. Visit Journey to Well-Being and click “Be Up to Date with Preventive Screenings” to schedule your appointment.

Visit your Provider

Preventive care is provided free for all team members and covered dependents enrolled in an American medical option. You may also have your provider submit a completed Provider Results document by following the instructions at the top of the form.
