It’s easy to view your benefits and change your coverage. Just remember, changes can only be made during annual enrollment or within 60 days of a qualifying life event.

 

You may also need to update other information like your name or 401(k) beneficiaries because of a qualifying life event. Visit the Life Events page on Jetnet to find step by step instructions to keep all your information up to date.

View your benefits

To view your current coverage, simply visit the Benefits Service Center. There you can review all of your plan details and manage your spending and savings accounts.

You can view your added benefits coverages through AAaddedbenefits.com

Change your coverage

You can only make changes to your coverage:

  • Within 60 days of a qualifying life event
  • During the annual enrollment period

Keep in mind, if you experience a qualifying life event during or after the annual enrollment period you will still need to process your changes within 60 days.  You will be making your elections for the current year as well as the following year.

Qualifying life events may include:

FAMILY CHANGES

  • Birth, adoption and legal guardianship/special dependent
  • Marriage
  • Domestic partnership
  • Divorce/legal separation
    • (Legal separation is not applicable to PPO 80 and PPO 90 medical options)
  • Dependent gains or loses coverage
  • Other life changes (see Benefits Service Center)

JOB RELATED CHANGES

  • Changing workgroups
  • Taking a leave an unpaid of absence
  • Returning to work after an unpaid leave of absence
