Team members and covered spouses and domestic partners enrolled in an American medical option are eligible to earn $250 ($500 total) in Wellness Rewards each year, by completing the wellness activities below between January 1 and October 31. Your rewards will be deposited into YSA (Your Spending Account) associated with your medical option. To qualify for rewards you must be enrolled in the Standard, Value, Core, or PPO 80/90/100 medical options.
After completing any of the wellness activities listed below, you will be able to view your earned rewards by visiting the Rewards Page on WebMD. Rewards will be deposited into YSA spending account within 6-8 weeks of completing the wellness activity. Keep in mind, if you are enrolled in the Core option, your Wellness Rewards will count towards your annual maximum HSA contribution limit.

For everything from a helpful push, to a dose of tough love, they always find the right words to inspire you. You and your coach will discuss your lifestyle, interests, schedule and goals, and then create a personalized plan that works for you. Earn $75 when you complete two calls with a health coach.
Annual Wellness Visits
An annual wellness visit at an onsite clinic is your opportunity to check in with a health care provider. You’ll also discuss any exams and preventive care screenings you may need. The clinic doctor will know what’s appropriate for you, based on your age and other risk factors.
When you visit an onsite clinic, you will earn the $100 preventive care reward for completing either a wellness visit or a biometric screening. The screening measures things like your weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol. The results are uploaded to your account on WebMD Wellness.
You also can choose to complete an annual wellness visit, physical, or age/gender appropriate exam at your own health care providers office.
Receiving your rewardsThere are 3 options to use your rewards:
YSA HEALTH CARD
If you are not currently enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), you will receive a new YSA debit card in the mail to access your rewards. You must activate the card in order to use it to pay for eligible medical, dental, prescription, and vision expenses. If you have already received a YSA card for your FSA or HSA, then you can use that card to access your rewards. Always be sure to save your receipts as YSA may ask for documentation.
Select the auto reimbursement method by clicking on Edit Your Profile on the Benefits Service Center under Reimbursement Accounts and YSA will automatically reimburse you (via check or direct deposit) whenever you have a claim for eligible medical, dental, prescription, or vision expenses.
Spending your rewards
Your Wellness Rewards can be spent on eligible medical, prescription, dental, and vision expenses for you and your dependents. Rewards deposited in your HRA will roll over every year if you remain enrolled in the Standard, Value, or PPO 80/90/100 options. If you’re enrolled in the Core option, rewards deposited into your HSA are always yours to keep. If you’re enrolled in an FSA or HSA, you will use the same YSA card to access both FSA/HSA funds and your earned Wellness Rewards. When you use your card to pay for expenses, your FSA funds will pay first. When those funds have been depleted, your Wellness Rewards will then pay for your medical, prescription, dental, and vision expenses.
